A heavy Malk week: personas, problem reports, a rebuilt live chat and new station and show management.
- Built personas, so one account can run several curator identities
- Added a way for beta curators to report problems, with an admin page to work through them
- Rebuilt station live chat so it keeps its history between videos and can pop out into its own window
- Reworked station creation and show page editing, then started a responsive pass across the app
- Added worktree mode, so two phases can run at once without their checks colliding
Client work
- Client build: worked through requested changes and added several pages
Malk got achievements and notifications, and the move to its live domain started.
- Ported achievements from the old Malk: eight kinds of badge, six tiers each
- Built notifications with an inbox, preferences and an email digest
- Started the cutover to the live domain: checked production settings and moved show art onto Malk's own storage
- Added a video player in the feed and a followers list on profiles
Client work
